If you ever wanted to know how much time it takes to transfer 500KB in 14.400KB modem, It fits for you needs. It can check for all known bandwidths: 14.400 , 28.800 , 36,600 , 56KB , ISDN , ADSL and more.
(Transfer described in the application is for the optimal usage of your bandwidth. So Don's say it is not precise. I know this stuff for years.)
