Well this games not abandoned yet but its pretty close. I hate starting from scratch on older projects especially with the events editor being so full of great mysteries. I've got almost all the areas finished as far as artwork. So its a definate maybe on this one. I decided to put the demo out so that anyone waiting for it could at least get to try it. This demo is far from perfect but I hope you enjoy the demo and tell me what you think.

WARNING:The brain spurter doesn't always work right so try not to get grabbed.

OH YEAH! I almost forgot. In this horrific return to Hardcity, Max Slade recieves a call from the Canterville Train station. He rushes there to find it overun with monsters and zombies. Its up to you to sort through the chaos and solve the case in....Max Slade Vs. the Zombies!

Controls:
W,A,S,D to move
Left click mouse to shoot
Right click mouse to interact or action
Spacebar to reload

THE FINAL BUILD OF ALL MY GAMES SO FAR HAVE BEEN DONE WITH MMF1.5 TO INSURE PROPER PLAY WHEN MAXIMISED.

Hey, this demo is great! I love the visual design, it feels appropriate for this game's theme. Controls feel tight enough as well, and the level design is good too from what I've seen. There's a lot of attention to detail too, I'm impressed. The demo ended for me in the second act, where I was supposed to kill all enemies on one map, but nothing would happen afterwards. Is this intentional or was there some glitch? The save function between scenes didn't seem to work (I assume this is intentional). And one thing I would change is the flickering in some of the transition states like the opening logo.

Glad you liked it! The save feature is not finished and you did run into a glitch. The demo should end with the game trailer. I would update the demo but my computer died on me. I have back ups for everything on my new computer so nothing was lost. Sadly, the engine for this game was corrupted. Fortunately I still have all the animations/backdrops. So I'll have to build it all again. I might try to build it with MMF2 this time.
