Havent been here in a long time, I dont really have time to sit down and go though the guts of the two Executables, of MMF and TGF2 but I've got to say, we've had to wait so long for a demo of this thing and I dont think. At least from looking at it. That its giving us anything new right of the ball. Is it ment to harnase some special power only for extension development or something, honestly I need to know what was this things ment to do that MMF couldnt? I dont know if any of you have used this product at all its got a nice looking new clean XP style interface a slightly nicer drawing program. I cant find any new features in it besides that transitions are the same and crap. I dont get it is this thing worth the wait?

I think that groupable groups will be very nice to work with. I accidently did a group inside of a group in MMF... MMF crashed 2 minutes later.

SCALING AND ROTATION! Layers or something! Remember half the features in the TGF2 demo don't work yet.

I remeber something about an alpha transparency or something, or something about how 0,0,0 won't be transparent anymore.

Hopefully the games wont be limited to only like 50fps anymore. We can actually make games that make around 100loops every second, without an extention!

I think Game Factory was designed with Window 3.1 and 95 in mind (16 bit and 32 bit respectively).

Alpha channel support for active objects, better interface, new picture/animation editors, no need for external DLLs, I think you could change the FPS at runtime, layers, and lotsandlotsandlots more.

It's something like a lite version of MMF2. No extension support though

I'm getting TGF2 demo next week

I only wish that the action point would get updated while doing rotation, it would make things a lot easier.

It doesn't? ._.

I wonder why they never made a button that'd automatically center the hot spot/action point in all frames. That'd save us (or at least me) a lot of work/time

Axel - That's in TGF2.

I mean using the runtime rotation, like you could with active pictures in MMF. The action point stays wherever it started, which sucks.
