I'm almost ceratainly too lazy/unmotivated to make a proper game out of this, but if I can make some kind of "Car Physics Widget", then that might be useful to someone.
Anyway, I got as far as spriting a car.
You can customize it really easily in-game by changing the paint color (any RGB, not just presets), and loading a rear-wing graphic from an external file.
eg. This sample shows "Daily Click" and "Welsh" versions (I don't know why I made a Welsh one, when I come from Cornwall?).

I just drew one sprite for the car body, and then a couple more for it's shadow, the front wheels, their shadows, and the rear-wing.
They're all separate active objects (a total of 7 per car), and all the rotation is done in MMF2.
Now we have HWA, we can do stuff like that without it causing any slowdown
It uses the "replace color" action to change the yellow, green, and blue parts to different shades of the selected paint color.

Did you make it in all rotated direction? Like a render you've rotated or did you purely sprite these? (If so, wow!)
