I hope some-one could steer me in the correct direction...

I would like to make use of the Icon View object. When adding icons to this object, I would like to save the state of the Icon View object so that the next time I run the program, the created icons will show again.

I have a bit of an understanding of arrays and ini files - but this is not a value or a position I want to save. Saving the frame position does not work as well as the save game object did not help me much.

There must be a way...right? How else would one then make use of the Icon View object if you are unable to save changes made to it?

Thank you kindly in advance.

Yes there isn't a built-in way of doing this with the icon-view object. You'll have to save the details in an array or an ini.
