I have a subtle problem: my upcoming (and fairly eagerly awaited) game Grizzlies 3, is pretty good, but I've just tried it on a 500Mhz machine and it barely runs, even when there's little going on. This has thrown me somewhat, since a slightly older version was just about playable on what I thought was a 200Mhz machine. So, while I wait for an opportunity to try the older version on a 500Mhz machine (an opportunity that may take some time) Id like to know (if you'd be so kind as to post a reply) how fast your computer is. I understand that a lot of folks probably only download click games because their computer are slow and I don't want to let people down if they need a 1Ghz processor to play the game. Then again, if enough people have fast computers, you can have the game tommorrow...

Wow, so few replies (but big thanks to those who have!). My next post gets a random name. They seem to work better.

I have a lousy piece of crap. but what are you going to do? Rework the game just to accommodate people with loudy, piece of crap computers? Imean, there are so many other things that can cause slowdowns from one machine to the next, that you just can't worry about whether or not it's going to work on everybody's computer.
If you're that concerned about it, leave a note about it in the game's description when you post it.

Actually, would you believe it, I did fix the game to work on lousy computer, without any decrease in anything! Turns out a little optimisation can go a long way! You can download it now if you want, it's Grizzlies 3. I think I've managed to get the link working properly now...
