Knowledge Base Competition (My Bad)
News posted 10th November, 2003 by ShadowCaster
I would like to apologise to everyone, I misstated the rules for entering the KB Competition. If nothing else this is a good lesson to everyone including myself that you should make sure you thoroughly read the rules before you act .

The article should be written on an extension (it is not required that you do, but it will give you a better chance of winning), and the tutorial can be written on anything you like (there are no extra points in this case for writing about an extension).

I'm still a little confused, I think Nova's email is different somehow to the rules stated on the competition website, but perhaps that's just me . Just to make sure, here's a copy of the correction I was sent from Nova:
You stated that they could write an article or a tutorial about an extension.

In fact, it is really an article, (extensions are preferred = extra points towards winning but the tutorial could be about anything that is Click.

I am sorry if our rules and such were not clear enough. This is a rather complex compo and items like these are cropping up!
So, if anyone is still confused, I recommend posting a comment here and I'll try and get it confirmed/corrected. If I'm the only one confused, then I blame the fact that my brain has died from doing too much study for my exams starting in just 1 day

Also, if you have already posted an article on the KB that will not be considered in the competition.
