Project Overview
First, a word about the title - Originally, the game had the working title of "Another Adventure Game", which eventually got shortened to AAG. This title was going to be changed, but the name stuck.

The situation is simple. You are a young warrior in a stereotypical RPG world, and have been set a task by the Village Elder, Kverz. Your test is to travel around the continent bringing back an item from five major cities. Sadly for you, the borders are strictly controlled by the Aisfid Empire and it's difficult to get in to or out of any country. Undeterred, you set off.

The plot, of course, is just an excuse for a series of offbeat puzzles and humour, including extra-strong sherbet, rigged airships, trainspotters, Alcoholics Anonymous, ladder repair kits, a strange Oriental language, and one particularly annoying puzzle involving floorboards.

AAG took over a year to make (on and off), and is a huge game which takes place in twelve individual Chapters. It has been subjected to a further year of tweaking and improving - originally it was going to be released commercially, but you're getting it for free now. Let's hope it wasn't two wasted years.

The graphics are mostly original (yes, a few are taken from the AAG libraries), and the music was written by myself and my brother. Here's a sample, from the second Chapter:

A demo will be released soon. The only things that remain are writing the rest of the music, some bug fixes and updating some of the credits and references, which are a bit out of date now.

Can't wait? Think it looks awful? Completely indifferent? Feel free to tell me.
