Project Overview
Preview Discover the new way to learn languages easily!

In this application we can edit our own dictionary. We can enter and delete words from the list. The program can ask the vocabulary from the learner.

History of the application :
Many years ago my brother asked me to make him a dictionary. But this wouldn't be an average dictionary: he wanted to use an application in that he can enter new word pairs continuosly (during his language study). The program can also can ask him from the new words that he has just learnt (So there aren't initally words in the dictionary, the user can enter words during his learning. With this way, the user can learn whatsoever two languages). I couldn't make this with Klik and Play , so when MMF2 has just appeared, after buying, I started making this project around 2006-2007.
This application grew up to a greater project. A dictionary software with many features.
(By the way, it's good that my brother could test this program. He can see, what feature would make his learning easier. He has already 1150 1301 word pairs in his Hungarian-Finnish dictionary. )

I started making this application many years ago, so I think it's time to share this project with all Daily Clicker.

Downloadable demo is coming soon! It will be free!

I haven't written for a long time, but I've been working a lot on ZSSZ.
I've got really good news! I will release ZSSZ in some weeks and it will be freeware!!!

I will have been working on ZSSZ for almost 4 years when I will release it, so we (my brother and me) have tested it through many times. There shouldn't be any bugs now!

I've added a new feature! When we search, we can find the word in the dictionary, too. Select it in the list of the results, then click on the 'OK' button. The program will jump to the wanted word.

However, the last two to-dos I've mentioned in my previous post (tray icon, start application when computer boots on) won't be added, because I think they're not necessary and I think you don't want another new application that annoyes you when you start using the computer...

So, you have to wait only a short time to get ZSSZ! To celebrate this event, I post two screen shots: the current ZSSZ and the first version that I made about 4 years ago.

Website is also coming soon (I've already done it)!
Keyboard shortcuts added

I managed to add keyboard shortcuts to all of the buttons!
My next tasks are:
- tray icon,
- start application when computer boots on.
Good news!

Now, I'm here with lots of good news and new features.
1. ZSSZ will support Unicode! Clickteam will include it in a future build of MMF2. A dictionary application should include Unicode, that's no question...
2. New feature: when you search and select a word from the list of the results, ZSSZ will jump to this word by clicking on OK.
3. I haven't made key shortcuts yet, but I will do that soon.
I'm plannging to add these features:
4. ZSSZ will now appear next to the clock, on the tray.
5. I will add a new option to the ZSSZ settings: start when computer boots on.

I hope I'll succeed in doing these things and release this application as soon as possible. I did not have enough time in this year, I hope I will have more in the Summer.

In conclusion, ZSSZ is growing up...

Currently there aren't any bugs in ZSSZ (I haven't found new ones...).
I'm going to make the key shortcuts for most of the actions. (ctrl+s=save, ctrl+o=open, etc.)
There was a question few months ago: does it support unicode? This is bad news, it doesn't. MMF2 doesn't support unicode. MMF3 will.
Any comments and ideas are welcome. Release date is coming soon!
