Just played your demo the other night. Awesome!!

Although I have seen your project before..., wow, after playing that demo i cant wait for the full thing!
I'm working on a project with similar game play, and just finished all the graphics for the level themselves - like platform/foreground elements. I set out originally to have very simple cutesy type graphics. Well as I worked, my graphics seemed to get more detailed & I ended up with something that looks like it was taken out of Castlevania - which was not the game I intended to make! So I decide to settle with it - encouragement from my significant other to keep going with the detailed graphics.

Then I play your demo.. It really connected with me! I see your art and think 'THIS is was I set out to create... why am I settling with something thats going to make me work more anyways???' THANK YOU for releasing this demo at just the right time before I got to the point of no return so to speak.

What im trying to say is that your game is very much an inspiration to me at this point.
I really really enjoyed playing the demo, and wish there was more! Cant wait for there to be more!
Keep going! and keep up the great work!

And on that note....If you care to answer:
Do you ever find yourself going back and re-doing things (art, sound, music, level design, whatever) that originally were THE BEST IDEA but then once they are finished, seem like they need to be something different? What is your planning process like?

THanks again! =]

Thanks for your comment, it's a good feeling to see that I motivate others with their work

In the past, one of my major problems was doing things that I wasn't 100% satisfied with. And since I'm a perfectionist, I would always go back and re-do these things until I'm absolutely satisfied. This took a lot of time and now I don't do that anymore. I think about something so long or even take a break from the project until I have everything clearly layed out in my mind how I want something to be. And then I only have to do it once
