The title screen for this game gives a good impression to start off with. It's well drawn - with someone slightly reminiscent of Xander Cage from xXx - and has suitable background music, even if it's not original (from Tigerworks Klik Resources, according to the credits). Strangely enough, the credits music is a modified version of one of the songs from The Lion King, unless I'm very much mistaken.

Still, that doesn't matter. It's the game you want to hear about from me. I clicked on New Game, and was again impressed by the graphics. The only problem is the way that they move - i.e. the animation isn't really up to much. The game also runs quite slowly on my computer, and I suspect this is because the author has used a gradient counter. Now, I don't know why these slow down Games Factory games so much (they never did in Klik and Play) but it's best not to use them.

I experienced a crash just after getting into a tank, which looked pretty impressive. It happened the next time as well - at first I thought it was something to do with using the flamethrower too much, but eventually I worked out that it was if you killed the first enemy in any way. This needs fixing.

I then leapt into the tank and drove past a building (while a sequence reminiscent of one of the older Apogee games occurred in the background), where the game crashed a little further on.

One more time. I loaded up the game, raced through the level as fast as possible, got to a cut-scene, and it crashed. I then deleted it, never to be tried again. It's a shame, because if this worked better then it could really be good - the graphics are impressive enough, and the game needs to be speeded up. The only reason it's marked so low is that it's virtually unplayable because of the constant Illegal Operations.
