PRESENTATION - 8/10

Just about as good as you could do, except for a few effects that were slightly amateurish, and the mouse-controlled menus were a bit irritating.

However it sported the best looking options screen I've seen yet!

SOUND/MUSIC - 7/10

The sounds were mostly purposely arcade-like blips and bloops, which weren't that high quality and could be better.

All of the music is original, so that increases the rating by a point, but the music was lacking any emotion and sounded kind of uninspired.

GRAPHICS - 9/10

Now this is one of the main reasons this game will be successful, alot of gamers these days are (for lack of a better word, please forgive me) graphics whores. I don't mean that in a crude, evil way, Its just a fact that most gamers will download the game if it looks good.

But PacMan Worlds looks GOOD! The menu looks alright, but the gameplay is very sharp, the tiles are crisp, clean and everything is smoothly animated. Alot of time went into this baby.

However slowdowns do occur for people who don't have top-of-the-line computers.

GAMEPLAY - 5/10

Ah, the most important part of a game is essentailly the gameplay.

But this is a PacMan game, they have been made 15 years ago, and the formula hasn't changed much.

Eat, eat, eat, eat, run from ghosts, eat eat. That just about sums it up for PacMan's adventures.

However Danjo has added a few quirky additions like secrets, minigames and items you can use to attack those little ghosts or to go to new levels.

LASTABILITY - 8/10

Now if you like to play PacMan games, you will have alot of un ahead of you with this game here, there are several world to play in and the minigames ought to keep you occupied as well.

But that's if you like to play PacMan games.

OVERALL - 6/10

Now if you look at this game in an x-ray vision sort of way... Through the graphics, through the music, through the interface, All you see is another PacMan clone.

PacMan stands next to Arkanoid and Pong as being the three most cloned games in video game history, no doubt just about all of you have played a PacMan game some time in your life.

This game is probably the best PacMan clone I have played, and I'm sure many would agree, but PacMan is so simple and outdated that it can't really compare to modern games.

Maybe it was Danjo's plan to make the king of clones in the PacMan world, and he probably suceeded in that, but for all of you like me who are tired of eating yellow balls with a little hungry yellow guy, this is PacMan.

No more, no less.
