I will begin by reviewing some key let downs in my oppinion ( I like to start on a positive note):

I dont really mind that you used GFX from clikteam, however the backgrounds are a bit dull, but do the job seeing you made this game in a couple of weeks.

My main complaint is that the speed at which the screen scrolls isnt timed in with the speed at which the air flows, leaving me to guess where my character is above the screen and avoid obstacles by memory. I dont believe this is an intentional annoyance, but it was a great draw back from an otherwis solid game.

The second thing that struck me (quite literally) was that sometimes after jumping on a spring I found myself stuck head first in a ceiling, unable to manuavure out of this position (no matter how much I squirmed)I was left to die when the screen had caught up to me.

However, I am just focusing on a few bad points. Some things I liked about this game was that it was addictive and enough levels to keep the player satisfied, I also enjoyed the attempt and basing the games story on a realitive tv show.

I havent played all the stages yet, mainly due to the afore mentioned disqualities, so I have not experienced the vast majority of more difficult levels which appear as the game progresses.

I will spend the next paragraphs addressing the headings which I am required to rate:

Presentation- The game presents itself very well, with nice menus and inbetween level interfaces. The intro title is also effective in its presentation.

Gameplay- The gameplay is ultimately let down by the 'bugs' which Ive already mentioned twice. This is a shame because gameplay really does make or break a game in my mind.

Graphics- Apart from the library air GFX I am under the knowledge that the rest is all original, and mainly simple, with the main character being little more that a stick figure. However these graphics need not be anything fantasic, and even whilst being simplistic they do not seem of amutuar quality.

Sounds and music: Ive never claimed to be an expert in this area, but the sound and music seem to get the job down, however there is one crashing noise that always sends a shiver down my spine because it is repeated loudly a few times.

Lastability- Gameplay is somewhat saved by the effort gone into level design, and there are plenty of levels to play through which will mean it should last a while if you into this kindof game.

Overall Ive given Fanman a seven, it could of been as perfect and well respected as Hurdler had it patched up these few gameplay problems.
