The presentation is certainly clean and nice to look at. The game has a very professional look.

Up through level 9, the game was charming and a lot of fun. However, once you beat level 9, be prepared for some serious frustration. There are no check points in the levels, so when you die...get ready to start aaaaaall the way back at the beginning. I had to replay level 12 about 100 times (not an exaggeration) before completing it. What makes this all the more aggravating is the fact that about 1/2 the time, you'll die because the controls (double jump!) fail to work properly. If you can play level 12 to completion without breaking something, you're a better man than I.

The graphics are nicely done 2D sprites that almost always look good. There are of course a few exceptions, but I wont go into them as to not spoil the game for anyone.

The sounds are descent. I could have done without the hua!, ha!, hia! that your character spews out every...single...time she jumps. The music is certainly better, and it's less of an annoying distraction when compared to the SFX.

This all depends on your patience level. If you can stand playing the same level and killing the same (and I mean literally the same) monsters over and over and over again, this game has a good bit of length to it. I'm currently on the last boss and I've probably been playing for about 5-6 hours. However, as I mentioned before, due to the games exceedingly unforgiving difficulty, I may never actually finish the game (which makes it an even greater waste of my time). At this point, I've had all I can stand of replaying the same level five or six dozen times. Sure, this game kept me busy for a good amount of time, but I was rarely enjoying what I was doing. I kept playing simply to see if I could reach the end. A little tip to the author: Make more difficulty settings next time.

Overall, I only continued playing this game because honestly, I had nothing better to do. I really don't think a lot of other click users will bother playing this game to completion. After all, there are only so many small things sitting around your computer desk which you can break before you're gonna lash out and accidentally break something you care about. This game is literally THAT AGGRAVATING!

I would say it deserves at least a 6.

Hmm, is it 6.5 or 4? Both scores show here.

Don't say it's better than a 4 until you play the game to completion. I'm probably one of only a handful of people on the DC who actually played this game in it's entirety. Most people on here have played 3 or 4 or 5 levels of the game and they're giving it 4 or 5 stars. I too was enjoying this game up until level 10 (as stated in my review). It's at that point when the game turns from fun to just plain aggravating! Play the game until you at least get to the last boss, then try and tell me you had fun doing so.

You guys need to remember: A review is supposed to be for the game as a whole, not a single 2 or 3 level play session.

I liked this game. I just think the big floaty boss was a little needlessly difficult (I got my stripes with probably 50 deaths). And yeah, a little more variety would be nice. They make a big deal about mutants and then there is only 1 variety of them
