First of all, let me introduce myself. Im Kevin Haag, owner and founder of the 1 person team:
AlienGlow Software. I am making a bomberman style remake but im having trouble getting the "explosions" to work. Can someone help me out here? Im working in TGF and I know there is a 256 object limit, but ive worked my way around that, so I don't need to be told about it.
Well if anyone can give me an open-source TGF engine for this i'll be deeply thankful and I will be happy to put you in the credits of my game...

Thank You.

I made a bomberman engine, limitations of TGF REALLY get in the way, but it still worked, if I can find it, I'll sure give it to you...i'll send you a DC mail link if I find it.

How i did it was when the bomb went off, I created 4 objects, 1 that moved 32 pixels in each direction, & everytime it moved 32 pixels, it created an explosion. Once it moved the limit I wanted it to, I destroy the 4 objects & then the explosions stop comming out.

It's a lot faster if you use animations rather than create a new object for each explosion.
