The best sequence in that game is after the credits, -Red running with his cubs.

it is after the credits, but really those credits last about 40 minutes. how many damn people worked on that game!?!?

I found out about her (aeris) dying when i was around my mates house, he had just bought the game and was explaining how good and long this new psx rpg was, to find out how long disk one was i flicked through his walkthrough he had bought, bloody first thing i read was about the death near the end of disk one.

I want to point out that i realise this talk of ff7 is off topic but ive never played any freeware games that have moved me.

It's official. I've abandoned this post. It's gotten too off topic.

Copy this to your hard drive. It will be worth alot when I'm famous.

Emotionally moving freeware game? hmmm... can't remember any. I'm trying to make my current project very moving, it's about a jester who rides the moon.

Speaking of long credits, I always sit through em just incase, (the words 'bond will return' in goldeneye weren't quite worth it).

This thread was destined to go off topic, there are simply too few emotional freeware game out there. Who would have played them?
