Going to jail = gets what he deserves for defending himself? Okay. . .
How many times do you need to punch a guy until it's not considered defensive anymore? The guy was on the ground covering his face. I doubt at this point, he's a threat.

Nothing happened to him, and he didn't go to jail = apparently as many as he feels like. Just FYI the black dude was still starting shit AFTER they both got off of the bus. Yes they both got off so apparently one ass beating wasn't enough. You are supposed to be able to kill someone in self defense.
EBM is such a legend; i was laughing at the stuff he was saying until he started crying over his mum, that made me sad... but then he made me laugh again
He was treated like a hero by the sheriffs and lawmen afterwards, giving him lifts everywhere and buying him coffee; generally making him feel like someone special because he stood up against idiot criminals.
I can't help but imagine how much different that would have ended if it had happened in this country; EBM being arrested and charged with assault, probably receiving 6-months. The black guy getting another community service and probably some compo for his injuries too (obviously paid for by EBM), then being allowed out on the streets again to do more crime and generally being seen as a hero by his lawless, scum-bag mates.
