Sumo148 from SumoGames is making the Splotches level editor! It's in the works.

I'm also experimenting with some effects and changing around some wall colors to see what they look like. I'll post for opinions later. I'll switch the standard windows buttons to splotchified buttons soon too, as soon as this torrential rain of homework passes.
