For example, move the fade-in part from the beginning to the 2:00 mark, and just see what it sounds like. It would start off with a blast, and then the climax would be immediately contrasted by the shift to the fade-in or low-volume segment. Might make it even more interesting to listen to. But yeah, I can totally imagine this in a sci-fi shmup, blasting alien ships and dodging asteroids and stuff. Nice work. .

To chris burrows: i wouldnt mind posting some things for free use, but the game im making is going to take me years and the music is going to be specifically composed for all of the different levels to match the mood, so i dont think it would work out very well if other games had the same music while i was using it in a game of mine. i would like people to recognize my music as, well... just that, my music.
