TDC'S Daily News: New KlikCast Page & Webit 2.0 Update
News posted 27th March, 2008 by Flava
You may have noticed that there is now a KlikCast link on the navigation bar at the top. All KlikCast episodes will be stored there from now on - you can still comment and rate your favourite episodes, as well as download them to your computer. Another nice feature is that you can now stream video episodes using the embedded flash player - so you can watch the episodes straight away! Check it out!

Simon Colmer has posted an update on his latest project, Webit 2.0. He's posted some interesting progress notes, and also asks for testers. So if you're interested in testing Webit 2.0, visit the project page and follow the instructions!

I'm glad to see a page for the Klikcasts, it seems fitting since they're kind of in a category of their own.

The original ones were just audio...

i realize that.... =\
i wasnt confused. im just saying because they ARE only audio, why do they say "Watch". do you get it?
and the mpeg-4 is so you can watch them on ipods and psps or any other device that uses that media format for video. never should use windows media video for downloads. or at least give the option to download either.

btw i listened to them all and i loved them. rikus is amazing! i love you rikus!! i'm gonna come to canada!!

Thanks for the suggestions cecil
I'll certainly look into providing other formats, and I'll also be sorting out the "Watch now!" thing too

I'm waiting until Saturday to do the GOTW - that way we can get it back onto the regular schedule. The Weekly Click will also be returning (again) on the Sunday.
