More tweaking to the game engine over the last few weeks, including increasing some sound effects to make them stand out more, increasing the player's ships firing rate (simply to make it cooler and give the feeling of it having more 'meat') and adding a few other less-significant improvements. As well as all this, i now have something a little more playable and have sent a small demo to a few TDC members i've worked for/with in the past. After i receive a little feedback, i'll post another demo for everyone else to try.
