The ennemy A.I. is very buggy (they all go in the same direction, at the same time)
And, how about using the mouse? some sound effects aren't playing while others do (have you checked the "Multi-samples" option?)

suggestions:
Many different types of weapons
2 types of vehicles:
-Rocket launcher
-Turret
instead of a car having both weapons
have an HUD
have a limited supply of ammo
man, Im starting on a storyline now and making all of the events to make it work in levels its gonna be something about corrupt governments & betrayal... fun!
so it could use a different name. (it could just be something like:
FIELDS OF BATTLE:Shadow of Hate/or something like that)
and the graphics are... MSpaint. which is nice and all, but you need something better to give it depth.
