Things are looking good, Láda! Here's some feedback to come around to when you're bug-hunting.
--The rapid fire enemies basically chew through the player's ship. You may want to consider a brief moment of time when the player is invulnerable after being damaged. This will prevent instant kills ending the player's game.
--When restarting the game, be sure that the player score and secondary weapon status is cleared. Health is restored, but my missile power was kept from one game to the next.
--The missiles do not affect the side-scrolling enemies (when the player sees a "DANGER" message).

Thanks for the feedback, I'll hunt those bugs down for sure. Altough i'm not sure how o make the player invulnerable after being damaged. Maybe I'll add plasma shield thet prevents shoots from hitting the player.
