The music in the demo is just a placeholder so that you don't hear dead silence like I do while development. Right now I'm looking for a music composer who will create original music for the game.
2) The text popups will be closable with more buttons in the next (hopefully FULL) version of the game. Got a lot of complains about this! The problem is, with my gamepad (xbox360 for windows) the textboxes close fine and I don't waste ammo. But to make everyone happy I'll change it so you can close it with every button.
3) When the demo was coming out, the hardware acceleration wasn't really good and had lot of glitches. Now there is a new HWA beta out and right now I don't have a lot of problems anymore. If Clickteam fixes a few more issues with hardware acceleration I'll definitely use HWA for the next release, which means there will be no slowdowns anymore.
Alright. I like composing songs and could write some music but my problem is that I'm rather a creative mind than a producer. Don't know if the sound was good enough.
I also like your first Gun Girl. I don't know how to defeat the first boss though (the ape). Any tips?
