UPDATED!

Works with Celeron 433Mhz, 200Mb RAM

The game is very straight forward, in this preview there is 1 stage which is autoscroll. You can jump on turtles, and see the various types of moving platforms. Unfortunatly I did not release the original demo level which I had planned due to many limitations in TGF. I may have to rework this on on MMF 1.2.

Super Whoop World is a SMW clone. The engine is still under development and there are still many bugs that need to be fixed but what do you want for an early preview?! (Yoshi can't lick yet, no ending to the level!)

I don't know if I will be continuing this game, it is very hard and I don't really have the time anymore however, if I get enough comments I will work on it . After the game is done (if I decide to get it done) I will release the complete source.

NOW RUNS 40% FASTER (yea!)

Okay, I really regret downloading this now. Its really, not very good, i can get to maybe the 3rd platform, its just runs to slow. Dislike

The game looks super cool. Downloading...

Good game but I wish I had a way of exiting, and I wish the level wouldn't continue without me. Also the music continues after I exit. I don't mean to criticise, but since its a beta I thought I'd tell you the bugs.

You need a minimum of 800MHz to run. 128 meg ram. Sorry.

Posted by Jason Orme 23rd March, 2003

Yeah ive got more than that, hmmm, weird.

Posted by pr0 23rd March, 2003

That is really weird. I have it running perfect on my 800Mhz 128meg RAM. It runs slow however, on my 450MHz downstairs...

Ok guys, I managed to get it working at a really smooth speed. It only works if you have windows XP though. Simply make the game run in 640x480 res mode, and also with 256 colours. The engine is now a lot smoother. I suggest you release another version Flipskillz, with all bugs eradicated. Make it run full screen in 640x480, and 256 colours, and nobody should have any problems. Otherwise, its actually rather good.

i will try and do my best to get it running faster

Yeah...that..uh..amateur video recording of the game in action probably contributed to 90% of the file size ;)
