If you havn't read the preview then here is a quick recap:

You are an insane old lady, you have decided that the world is injust and unfair so you decide to go on a killing spree.
There are 6 weapons in the final game, however there are only 4 in the demo.
One Kill Frenzy mission (there will be more in the final version along with different mission types)
and one civillian type (there will be atleast 4 in the final one)

The city isn't quite finished either, however there is a station, a park, a carpark and a row of houses.

Now get blasting!

This game relies on the 'killing spree', so the effects are a great factor. Redo the explosion effects and it will be superb.

graphics are nice, but i think that it would benefit from a 32 direction control scheme. also, will you be able to run over people with the chair thing? otherwise quite cool.

Reviewed, please by aware though, that I based the review on this demo, and not what I thought the full version would be like, you should really finish this though.

There are speed upgrades on the top-left section of rail track.

Posted by Sami 8th July, 2003

Nice . It could be nicer if you added voices of the old lady and the people .

Posted by Dogzer 8th July, 2003

Sami is right, you should make the lady say dirty words. It helps if you record your own voice really slow and then speed it up with window's sound editor.. although that make you sound like "chip & dale".. do you have a grandmother or is she dead already?

Posted by Silveraura 9th July, 2003

No, offence, but "or is she dead already?" a little harsh!?

Its really nice for a simple demo, here are some suggestion to put in it. Like, what Eric said, cops going after here, Some voices to what she is saying, music, more sounds, & more people (Types) Now of corse you where probly going to do that stuff already, so why did I even say it, heck, I have no idea! X-D

this game is kinda cool, but why is it the same girls thatīs running around?! Make more DIFFERENT people!

Posted by canazza 9th July, 2003

Jonas, if you had read the readme you would know I plan on putting atleast 3 more civillian types.

The movement leaves something to be desired. She can go through cars and iit's hard to control.

Posted by RapidFlash 9th July, 2003

It's pretty good. You may want to add 16-directional movement or make the grandma be able to turn faster, but other than that it's pretty good. Custom movement?

Haha, in the review for the sound and music part it says "hears where it fails".

Woah! I never knew blowing up cars could be that fun! 8) The ability to blow the cars into the air is an original piece of eye candy, and an amazing piece of programming. Though, the graphics could be a notch a better, just put more effort into it, eh? :) If you need any help, whether it be the Events or Graphics, I'd love to lend a hand. :D Just DC mail me here, or post a thread at Natomic (when it comes back up). Or just use my old email (sp00k_em@hotmail.com), though, I will be getting a new one soon.
