I managed to update this game a bit.

You are an alien, and you have crashed your spaceship on a strange planet . To make things worse, you seem to be in a large hole. Unfortunately, this hole was dug to lay the foundations for a new tower that was going to be built. How far can you get before you are trapped or crushed?

Controls:

Z = Jump
Arrows = Move
F2 = Skip intro thingy, or go back to menu (which still saves the score).

This game now has a simple score system and scrolls upwards .

This one is awesome! Super great music, really stressfull gameplay, and I like it that way. To bad this game as no goal.



With upward scrolling and a scoreboard, it would surely merit to win the compo.

This is MUCH better than your first version.

Though the falling felt a bit unfair at times, and it could randomly become impossible to climb, I think that the intro and concept of this game were great.

Did you rip the Idea from the original Japanese version of Yu-Gi-Oh? In it they had a giant tetris game where they had to climb on the (real) blocks to reach the exit ten stories above them. I always wanted to play a game like that, and voila. Nice job.

Haha that was great, there's a technique that allows the game to be almost be 100% skill based, and skill based games are always good Loved the music aswell. (high score 384)

It's a interesting little toy (like your shmup). Haha, funny thing is, I made the exact same kind of game a long time ago with TGF, it just didn't turn out nearly as smooth =P
