The Mini-comps have always had the loosest rules around (That's cause you can't win anything important/worth money). Basically just a theme and a time limit and maybe a max filesize. Speaking of which, come up with some themes here ppl. When I get back on Saturday, I might very well be starting the first minicomp. Craps, I'm an old man!
