So.. Where do the programs pinned to the start menu are recorded? Because there's one that doesn't want to get out. When I right click it and choose "delete from this list", it stays there. Where can I delete it directly?? It's driving me nuts. Thanks.

C:\documents and settings\USERNAME\start menu\
USERNAME will either be your username or 'all users'
