Hi everyone,

I am sure I remember someone (I think it was Sketchy) discussing a for each extension. Would be really handy for my isometric racer engine (as i wish to use the same engine for ai players). I can not seem to find it though, and I am starting to think I have dreampt it all up haha.

I guess I could always spread values at start and loop through all players, but an easy and neat option would be nice !

TIA

Apparently it's more efficient than using fastloops - like the processing time for fastloops increases exponentially with the number of objects, whereas it doesn't with the ForEach extension. I haven't actually tried it though, so don't ask me how it works...

Download it here:

Flash Update (not sure what this is, but it might be useful if you make flash games?)

Thanks Sketchy - I feel kinda stupid now, I checked Fusion updater and the two extension list websites to no avail. I never thought of looking on the CT forums .

I am mainly looking for a neater way of doing things. The performance advantage of foreach over fast loops with 4 cars will be hardly noticable I think.

I want to buy the flash exporter for some smaller game ideas I have but at the moment I want to spend spare cash on other toys . This game will never be able to run in flash anyway, as it is already getting quite big filesize wise.

I just googled "foreach extension mmf2", and it was in the very first page google suggested.
I figured you didn't look very hard, but that's ok.
