Hello! I'm looking for an RPG maker esque program called RPG Workshop Max 1.0 and was proudly created by Scott Cawthon (Preferably known as Hill Gigas on this site) all the way back in 2002. It consists a decent story editor, level editor, sound setup, etc. It was at caution available on Renderosity at some point for 20 bucks, but now it's not at all!

If anyone would have the heart to help me recover this easy-to-use software, that would be a very nice thing of you, considering the fact that I already made up 3 games to make on it.

Hello! I wanted to tell you something about that publisher. I have been researching the existence of RPG Workshop Max 1.0 and RPG Workshop Max 2.0 on the defunct Scott Games page, and I have discovered that Scott was also selling this engine on his page during 2003 or 2005. In order to acquire said program (obviously) you would have to pay through PayPal to be able to acquire it. In case you are interested in more information, send me a message.

Oh, I'm just now seeing this! My bad! I'll totally send you a message. But before I do that, I must list what we've discovered so far just so that we're both on the same track:

- He sold the game on 3DCornerStore (which used to be his 3D shop for 3DS Max and Poser products, but was on the same domain as ScottGames) since March 2003. That download link that you obtain after the transaction obviously doesn't work anymore because the Wayback Machine only captures cache memory of websites and not the actual purchased files themselves.

- I got in touch with Renderosity's support address not too long ago asking if the product can be put on sale again, or if it's available on their system at all. They said the vendor (Scott) asked to get rid of it, so there's no way it can be sold on Renderosity anymore. I would really like to see what you can do, since I haven't seen anyone deeply interested in this game except the people I know personally. Can't wait to see what you have in mind!
