hahaha your all twisted(sorry, I just have that habit of laughing people off in their faces)
um:, you make a game because you like the process, if you like it then it's a huge chance others will too.
there you have it, there's your "Ultimate formula".
Now if your a commercial games developer in it for the money, with none of the freedom described above your 99% surely making the game in 3D with a fancy 3d engine, then you can start thinking about sex and what satisfies the market. Only what most people/marketinggurus don't know is that the true fun games come from the people who just screwes around having fun listening to their gut feeling or having the urge to try something new.
And btw, would you ever buy a sex game just because it had sex in it? no! maybe you would warez it out of someones ass just to watch teh pretty ladies for 5 min before you delete it, or download some prOn instead. But no, by heck you would 'nt buy it.
I'm not shitting on your article or anything remotely like that, i'm merely saying your game will be fun if you had fun making it. Interest sparks creativity. Expectations kills creativity.
Now I know this article is short but I still need to emphasize something(other than that i can't write like shit in english.. er) ehem! What i need to emphasize is that there seems to be alot of klikkers here for the wrong reason - to impress/get respect from others. And if you search your soul a bit further than you might have, and find that that is the reason your here, go away, and join some third world help organization or something. Atleast that'll help others at the same time as it is helping you =
cheers
