Well, it's the first attempt I've made at actual Anime/Manga styled drawings, it's good, but there are quite a few problem with it, but just posting here to see what you think.
Oh yeah, the scanning arsed up the shading a bit, but was the best I could get it without Gimpimg the whole image. Total draw time was about 3 hours.
The eyes are too far apart (or too small, but I'll assume they were meant to be that size), the ears are too high and small, and the neck is about 50% larger than it should be (or with more definition it could be a wide male neck, but that would probably require a different style eye altogether).
i didnt mean that, i would get fed up after working on a picture for about 20 minutes and move on.
after looking again id say it does look anime witht the pointy chin, no nose and shiny eyes. I suppose because its your first attempt it looks a little off.
but hey that doesnt mean its bad its really quite good.
i spent 6 hours doing a mech picture once but thats with photoshop enhancing. havnt spent more than 10 minutes on a picture in a while no ideas. but you've probably read what ive had to say about your pic at KU anyways
