What's wrong with SiteSled lately? I often don't get to see my avatar here and I can't acces my website regulary, either.
When I try to open it in IE, it just tries to load forever, and Netscape says "could not resolve host". What's wrong?
To be honest, I think I'm going to get off of Sitesled & start paying for a host, because Sitesled has become alot less reliable lately, not to mention I'll be getting a nice .COM address, so why not get a new host anyway.
You, or someone, is already paying for your ISP given hosting. So it would be silly to pay again for another server if all you want is HTML pages and file hosting.
Earthlink hosting sucks, FTP only works using their software(or IE, but I disabled that), and I think we lost the CD with that on it. Soooo...earthlink is an annoying web host, and it's only good if you don't want to host files on it.
As a boy, I wanted to be a train. I didn’t realize this was unusual—that other kids played with trains, not as them.

It was a SiteSled error alrighy, I got this email message:
"Hello,
We have cleaned up the DNS problem and all
FTP services have been restored for all users.
Thanks,
Sitesled.com Admin"
Phew.
I will still stay with SiteSled because it is good enough for a free host.
