How do you manage all those things on the screen at once? I could do so many good games, but I just keep getting hampered by the event system.

So, how do you control a lot of things on the screen at once. Let's say, for example, I want a simulated economy, with blacksmiths making swords and selling them, with other adventurers buying them and other stuff.

Now, what would be a good way to control all those blacksmiths at once, killing them off as needed, and getting the adventurers buying better swords according to their level, but not buying anything if they're dead?

having little objects that represent the blacksmiths and there values change ocordingly, also spread a value inside alterable value a as its UNIQUE id! so thing only change with a certain ID
