It has just come to my attention that all exe's that are made with MMF include a virus. Is this supposed to happen? I did a check with Zone Alarm and EVERY exe made with MMF came up. Here's the virus info.

Jambo Id say your computer is infected with an exe virus. Meaning a virus that infects exe files. It it very likely more than MMF exes contains virus.

A full virusscan with an updated virusscanner highly recommended.

Yer, it was before my laptop broke.
Before i had Zone Alarm.
So i reccomend virus checking all my games submitted so far with Zone Alarm before you play them. That's if anyone ever downloads old stuff i submitted

I scan everything I download & upload with Norton Anti-Virus 2005, using Live Update, so everything I have on DC is clean.

I use Spybot search and destroy and ad-aware along with avg and zone alarm and still get virus' sometimes.

Spybot and ad-aware pretty much clean up when i run them so you could try that.

Not sure if you know, but Spybot S&D & Ad-Aware are both spyware & adware scanners, so they wouldnt do much about viruses, but the other 2 might, I still recommend Norton Anti-Virus 2005, because its the only virus scanner that I've used with any improvement on getting rid of & blocking viruses & worms. Those free virus scanners just dont do the trick sometimes, & before anyone barges in saying that you wouldnt get viruses unless you were in something you shouldnt have been, side note, viruses arent just from web pages, you can get them from online games, e-mails, im, P2P networks, & other various places that most people wouldnt suspect. Ad-Aware & Spybot S&D both make a very nice combination when eliminating spyware/adware though. Only a choosen few times (before I got FireFox) did I ever get spyware/adware that the 2 programs combine, couldnt get rid of, though like I said, after getting FireFox, the 2 programs tend to be gathering 'dust' sense I havent needed to run them at all lately.

Either Zone Alarm is picking up false detections or you have a Virus on your computer that seems to be attaching itself to all .Exe's being created.

"Those free virus scanners just dont do the trick sometimes" AVG shits over Norton severly, i used to pay for Norton(you had to re-subscribe every year which was bullshit, you couldnt buy it outright) then i discovered AVG, and BAM it already picked up a couple of viruses Norton had left behind, not only that its less Memory hungry unlike Norton and FREE
The local computer guy that came out to our house uses AVG, ive noticed neally all the Admins over at one of the biggest TechSupport forums on the net uses AVG and all reccomend it. People automatically assume because its free it cant do as good a job as a payed one can which is just BS.
