i still can't see what's so hard about drawing a few stars on a transparent background. There is a transparent color, you know. I just prinkle around with the discontinious brush with white, and different grey colors. Can you be more specific, no wonder your post gets deleted
I got one I used for a background for a menu in Scurvy Sanchez and TOIM and being unusually nice, I'm providing three versions. The first one is the same one as in SS, the second one I pumped up the blue, and the third one I removed the darkest parts, dilated and then added cores.
For the transparancy, you just select that to be black when importing in TGF/MMF. The first will have black outlines then, but the third should have just the blue.

Stars are flat, like the Earth. So bird's eye view stars would be just like a line. And if you can't draw lines then the rest of your graphics don't hold much hope.
