Eh? I thought cncs232.dll was the important one.
...I've got one labeled... copyright 1998-2001, version 2,5,0,108.
Ooh, and the one in my system directory is copyright 1996-2005, version 2.5.119.0!
And, in the event that I don't actually know what I'm talking about, the cncs32.dll in my system directory is 1996-2002, version 1,5,39,0.
...and in the event that I misinterpreted what you asked...

cncs32.dll is for TGF . And you may have the newest available version . TGF is a bit old ...
The newest dll for MMF 1.5 is cncs232 version 2.5.119.0 from Build 119 ...
