Basically an idea for an anime series I had in mind about a trouble making fallen...

I called the anime: "Charmattack" based on a song with the same name by an singer that appeared once on MTV:NEW named: "Leona Naess" speaking about these criminals that tempts their victims by personal charm... Had an idea for an anime show, based on the other extreme side of the case... Though the main hero, is actually a sort of a bad guy too, still he tries to save the world, and make it a better place to live in, mostly for his self esteem, but more than he's dids help, it turns out to ruin the world...
Based on life experience in the last year or two, read the text file to know.
