yeh, there's many ways but the first i can think of is to make an alpha channel object (or active picture) and then go to the event editor and:
*Repeat while left mouse button is pressed
-set angle of (Plane)to (Angle(Plane)-1)
*[Negate] Repeat while left mouse button is pressed
-set angle of (Plane) to (Angle(Plane)+1)
*Always
-Set Y position of (Plane)to (Y position of (Plane)+ Angle(Plane)/2)
Or something like that
