-The shape is nearly completely off. Mountains are never shaped like that. The sharp point at the top has got to go. Those bumps on the side should be cut too. Make the base a little wider.
-It looks like you used some sort of spray tool to make the shading and stuff. One side should be dark the other light.
-The colors don't really look like a mountain. Try to stay away from pure grey colors.
I disagree, I think that the shape is entirely dependent on the style. If everything else in the landscape was twisted and gnarled I think it'd look good. And though I agree with Hishnak's view of the shading, I think the colours are about right for a snow-capped mountain. Stay away from grey? The main colour of stone???
I have to disagree...The shape was just ugly.
About the colors. Grey is boring. If you look at a lot of rock formations off in the distance they take on differn't tones of grey. Thats why I said "pure grey" not just grey.
It's WAY better than anything I could draw. To me it looks like a tree stump. I like it, but I like anything that's not just simple shapes like my drawings always are, so that's not really saying much. I think for one of your first attempts at pixel art it's pretty good.
