ok, i've made a frame for credits
I have a object shooting the text object upwards to make the scrolling effect, but the credits only go a little way up, then they get deleted some way
I tryed making the frame larger, then moveing the textand all that further down, and center the screen on the main background, but i have a fade in effect, and it fades from black to the frame, although the frame doesn't center on the background until the transition is over,so it really goes...
Black > fade > white > background
Any help here, maybe a extension which does marquees or so?

I don't know if it would help, but you could use the path movement instead of shooting the text.

Right-click your text object and click properties > scrolling. then uncheck the "destroy object if too far from frame" checkbox. It then shouldn't disappear, so you should be able to go back to your original method.

Better than shooting: an event like this:
Always > set y position of text object to text's current y -1 OR -2.

Easy way: use ball movement and put security to 100 and randomizer to 0. Initial direction=up! I use that way.
