Actually I don't know is this a problem or a bug in TGF. When I have a scrolling window, all semitransparent objects will become just transparent - they're no more semitransparent. Does anyone know can this problem be fixed? It has disturbed me for many weeks...

If you are using scrolling then try right clicking the semi-transparent objects and go to properties and then scrolling - then untick all the "destroy if too far from window" .etc - I can't remember if these options are in TGF, but I've had this problem before with MMF and scrolling, and simply changing a few properties fixed the problem for me..

That happens to me sometimes when in the frame editor. When clicking on one but never whilst scrolling at runtime.

are two transparent objects overlapping? that may casue problems.

um did you untick the 'save background' box?

are you using 16bit mode?

what is your graphics mode? (standard windows, direct draw or microsoft winG)?

I use standard windows and 256 colours and i use the 32bit mode and it works fine (versions 1.06 i think)

Yeah if you use the bring to back or bring to front actions, the semi tranparency goes away.
