Hey all, lately I've been playing an unusually great ammont of DigDug I & II, and I decided that I would use the Pooka (red guy with yellow mask) for some practice in 3D Modelling. I finished him up & thought, why not get some oppinions from people I know. I got positive feedback in AIM, but why not here at DC?

Anyway, tell me what you think, I'm starting to model the other guys.

I havent played the one for the DS, but I have played DigDugI (original), and DigDugII (NES), both on GameTap. (I also have it on a PS1 Collection Disk, same thing though.) Personally, DigDug, even though its old, is just a great game, its really fun and a very interesting & original idea! One of my favorite games, honestly.

Thanks, I was going for a slight cartoon effect. The shape of the Pooka was a little hard to work with because I wasnt sure if he was an actual sphere, or a squared off sphere. The pictures of him around google, show him a squared off sphere, but I wasnt sure if that was because of the low resolution they were working with, or if that was the shape he was really ment to be. I think I got the shape correctly though, what do you guys think?

That looks really close to the original, i think it is meant to be a sphere. good work
