why cant i make a folder like

Maybe add a \ at the end?
c:\blah\ probably works where c:\blah doesn't.
Also, look if the directory 0o_MuSiC_o0 exists before creating any file or dir INSIDE it.

I think the problem is what Davince said at the end there. I think you need to create "C:\0o_MuSiC_o0\" and then create "The Cardigans - Super Extra Gravity" by using two seperate actions.
