It's not illegal - people sell and buy PC games, programs, PS2 games .etc on eBay all the time. You're basically selling your second-hand stuff to people who want it.
Well...I had thought there was something that kept you from selling the product, just incase you kept it installed and sold your disks to make back some, or turn a profit on the software, or something. Anyways, good luck with the selling.
