I thought is there any easy way to make this:

There is a backdrop in the frame and you can move active object circle with mouse. I want that the area which is in that circle is visible and the area witch isn't is invisible.

Hopefully someone understood me :S

FOR MMF:

Make the backgrounds have an 'AND' ink effect, and set the frame's background colour to black.

Then draw a fading white circle on a black background (use an airbrush in PSP or something) and set it as the background image for a Background System Box.

Put the background system box behind all other background objects and set it to position at the location of the mouse.

The AND ink effect only shows colours when they are sitting on top of a white background. As a result, the areas with the white BG System Box behind will show up, but the black background will stay black. The grey areas of the torch will fade in between.
