OMG i have been working on this game for a month or more right, i was working on it today and saved it and closed it. I went on later and opened it again but then it said "An unknown error has occurred, failed to open document"!!!!. So I am in a bad state at the moment.

Does any body know if there is a way it will work again, if so it would be a very great help!!.

That's an usual problem with TGF or KnP. Maybe you should some copies from the project next time, so if an extension or something else corrupts the file, you can edit the copy :I

I have lotsa projects with TGF which came corrupted.

Yarr, I looked and realised I have ~25 copies of my main project, from its first inception like 2 years ago. Kinda fun looking back at the beginning.

MMF1.5 and 2's auto backup feature comes in handy, oh and automatic backing up applications too. Better luck next time!

You've learned the hard way that you should make backups. I backup my project everytime I make a major change or add a new feature. I recommend you do the same. It's a shame to hear your project died though.

You could ask at the Clickteam forums if there's a chance of having one of the developers take a look at it - they've performed miracles with corrupted files before.
