My first language is English. I also speak a bit of German, as most of my family is German. In the past few years, I've also become very proficient at Mandarin Chinese, and now it's my major. I want to learn Persian next, though Chinese will be my focus for pretty much the rest of my life. Feel free to type a bit in your languages, too. I'm always interested when I read Finnish or Polish or other European languages that aren't as widespread as English, French, German, and Spanish. If wishes were fishes then we'd all smell like ladies' underwear.
