Even Putting it on a higher layer doesn't work.

i tried making the video flash very fast to make both it appear and the buttons. But it doesn't flash fast enough lol.

apparently you can't make buttons or active go in front of a video.


although i guess you can have another video in front of a video. I didn't see how well you could manipulate the video object but you could use it like a button or active maybe ?

I don't think this is something that is easily fixed, because doesn't dirext show use overlays?

You know, I might have found a workaround... if you use the animation-object and load an avi into it (actives can be above it), and then play the sound, wav or mp3 from another object (since animation-object does'nt play any music).
